Program description

Dr. J Anti-Aging Clinic and its affiliated practices — including MENZ Clinic, NuGrow Hair Restoration, Orlando Hair Clinic, New U Med Spa, HRT Orlando, IV Spa Orlando, Femi Fresh USA, Bionic Joints and Instant Medical Care — send text messages to patients who have provided their mobile number to us. Messages may include:

Follow-ups after a visit, including a request to rate your experience
Invitations to leave a review
Appointment and scheduling messages
Occasional promotions, events and special offers
Replies from our staff when you text us

All messages are sent from (407) 269-8181.

How you are enrolled

You are enrolled when you provide your mobile number to us — on an intake or consent form, when booking an appointment, at the front desk, through a form on our website, or by texting us first. We do not buy, rent or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most patients receive no more than a few messages per month. Following a visit you may receive up to three messages relating to that visit. We do not send more than one promotional message to the same patient within any 48-hour period.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to resume. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
